**Depot Supervisor**

**What is the key purpose of this role?**

**Job Purpose**

Responsible for supervising the delivery of maintenance works and projects through the Facilities department or external contractors including civil and building works at Crewe.

**Key accountabilities**

**Key areas**
- Supervise all Facilities and contractor maintenance activities on site.
- Actively supervise the on-site facilities team offering guidance and advice on technical matters.
- Ensure safety /environment inspection audits are completed in line with Facilities and contractor maintenance activities within allotted timescales.
- Manage the Pat testing schedule ensuring all testing is completed and updated within permitted timescales.
- Proactively manage the planned databases and work lists ensuring work is prioritised and completed to a high standard in line with company requirements.
- Ensure contractor information packs are in place and are completed prior to any work commences ensuring that work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Proactively get involved in minor building, maintenance and track repairs on DRS premises.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Facilities documentation including methods of work and risk assessments.
- Supervise and plan all vegetation control on site.
