We are a reputable law firm seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to join our close knit and successful team based at our offices in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

This role is full time and is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively and friendly office.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
In this fast-paced office you will also be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties, including:

- Responsible for opening new files
- Use of the case management system
- Dealing with conveyancing & probate queries
- Maintaining stationery/office supplies
- Managing a diary system of client chasers
- Archiving
- Faxes
- Dealing with feedback forms
- Additional ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving and multitask skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Good team player and timekeeper
- Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
- Demonstrate a professional approach to clients both in person and over the telephone.

**Education and Qualifications**
- Educated in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent -Grade C or above)

This role offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays, a pension scheme and private healthcare.
