- A key role within the team of an independent restaurant, for front of house restaurant and bar assistant. The front of house team provides first impression of our brand; professional, welcoming, friendly, serious and keen to share our food with quality and attentive service. Predominantly customer focused, with energetic though calm approach. Passion for food and enjoy providing a seamless and efficient service under pressure and smooth delivery from kitchen to table.

**Who we are looking for?**
- Able to work as a team in the bar and restaurant floor
- Welcoming and serving diners by seating and taking orders
- Taking bookings and co-ordinating orders for both takeaway and tables
- Taking payments
- Food hygiene, health and safety knowledge, cleaning restaurant following open and close procedure and turning tables
- Cover absences
