Training will be provided on site at the office in Preston, and they are looking for those available to interview on Monday 3rd July, for a start on Wednesday 5th July.
- **Responsibilities**_

You will be the first point of contact for our client's customers as they approach you with queries and questions regarding their accounts, payments and services. You will provide great customer service, and always ensure you are friendly and approachable, and strive to solve any problems that may arise. You will be provided with full training to set you up with the knowledge to best assist your callers, and escalate any issues that may need to be passed on to management.
