Treasury Specialist

Orka Financial is currently recruiting a Treasury Specialist for a business based in Slough. This role will be for a minimum of 3 months but has every chance of becoming longer term.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the daily cash management including bank reconciliations and liaising with banks when necessary. You will be heavily involved with the cash flow forecasting and ensuring that all transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner, whilst adhering to good financial controls. You may get involved with answering queries from auditors and will need to have a good eye for detail, constantly looking for ways to improve and streamline processes.
This role would suit someone with a strong treasury background who has good communication skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data in Excel.
Our client are ideally looking for someone who has embarked on studying their ACCA or CIMA and would like someone on board asap.
This role will be mostly office based in the first instance, with a minimum of 3 days in the office. You will be working a standard 37.5 hour week.
