**_The _**_Cl_**_inical Assurance and Quality Team is currently on an exciting journey. As a result, we are looking to recruit to a newly created Clinical Assurance and Quality Facilitator post to support safe delivery of healthcare services._**

**_ Your Role_**

The role of the Clinical Assurance and Quality Facilitator is an integral part of the Clinical Assurance and Quality Team, where you will take a lead role in:

- facilitation of a diverse portfolio of work including patient safety incidents, risk management, patient experience, clinical audit and effectiveness, assurance and compliance and service improvement projects of clinical compliance agenda.
- support ongoing registration with the Care Quality Commission as well as preparing the organisation for inspections in line with the CQC fundamental standards programme.
- support the authority to deliver high quality care by monitoring the arrangements for compliance and improvement and establishing effective governance systems and processes across all services.

Another important aspect to the role, will involve supporting inspection preparedness across CQC regulated services and to co-ordinate and support improvement planning, delivery and review.

**_About You_**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsive, and adaptable person to join our team. This role is an important role as you will be using your knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide support to our hard-working frontline practitioners.

You must have the ability to effectively communicate and engage with teams across the authority (clinical and non-clinical) and external organisations, as well as someone who has a great eye for detail.
