Commercial Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner for various locations in Orton Southgate. You will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and other tasks related to home cleaning.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning activities
- Dust and polish furniture and surfaces
- Clean bathrooms and remove trash from homes
- Make sure all appliances are in working order and remove all unnecessary food from the kitchen when preparing meals
- Assist with organizing closets and storage areas
- Check water levels in showers and baths, resetting them when necessary to ensure that there is always enough water for bathing.
- Remove garbage from homes and dispose of garbage containers according to regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with health and safety rules for work places (e.g. use of protective equipment)
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods (8+ hours a day)
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a training program is preferred

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
