**Professional Wedding DJ & Equipment Operative**

Full Time (40 Hours/Week)
- £23,920pa +Bonuses +Pension +Holiday or Part Time (20 Hours/Week)

We are looking for a multi skilled person who has proven experience in DJ’ing at Wedding events, setting up, packing down and maintaining DJ equipment; in addition, the applicant will also work with us to promote and grow the business, and perform duties which may be required in line with the day to day running of the business. Due to the nature of the business, work is often undertaken away from the premises and may involve a level of paid travel.

**Training & Self Improvement**
The applicant will be provided with ongoing training including manual handling techniques, and food hygiene and must be willing to learn and take on new roles as the business requires.

**Working Hours**
We run on a 40 Hour working week for full time positions with overtime often available. You are required to work Friday and Saturday evenings as a given; other hours required to work will be given with at least two weeks’ notice and are non-negotiable. Please be aware that this role involves working unsociable hours on a regular basis.

**Holidays & Bank Holidays**
Full paid UK holiday entitlement is provided. There is a limit of 2 Fridays and
2 Saturdays which can be used as holiday entitlement per financial year.
Event depending, you may be required to work on the occasional Bank
Holiday. If there is an event on a Bank Holiday that requires you to work, you will be paid time and a half for hours worked that day and double time on
New year’s eve.

**Maternity, Paternity and Sick Pay**
Current UK regulations and payments apply.

**Contract Length**
This offer is based on a 12 Month rolling contract which may be terminated Contact by either party by providing 30 days written notice. Alternatively, this contract may be terminated immediately upon Gross Misconduct.

**Conflict of Interest**
The applicant will not be able to run their own DJ Business, Photobooth Business, Dancefloor Business, or any other business which is similar to the products/services we provide for the duration of this contract.

**Requirements**:
Evidence of current DJ career including evidence of reading the crowd and live mixing techniques; Full current UK Driving license; Knowledge of social media platforms; Knowledge of promotional techniques; Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

**Salary**: £11,960.00-£23,920.00 per year
