Persimmon Homes Nottingham based in Mansfield are looking for an experienced Administrator. Working with our Land & Technical Departments, you will be joining a friendly and warm team. Key tasks are as follows: - Secretarial/Admin needs of the department to include 2 Directors, daily correspondence, legal correspondence, cheque requests. Creating Consultant Appointment documents and orders appointments. Monitoring, recording and updating Consultants PI Insurance details. Manage timely completion and distribution of Pre-Start Meeting Minutes. Arrange meetings/diaries. Manage invoices, logging/scanning and distributing. Keep records of any legal documents completed and sent to Solicitors. Arrange F10’s for all developments and log on F10 tracker, distribute to relevant departments and site. Print NHBC/PREMIER conditions fortnightly for technical review. Assist department with printing of drawings. Coordinate issue of covenant consents, advising homeowners of what is required in order to gain consent and produce the correspondence. Set up filing systems for new developments. Compiling departmental elements of board papers and valuation packs. Dealing with minor land enquiries. Assist with managing maintenance works to Public Open Space on closed sites. Coordination of board reports for land and technical department. Running pro fee re-conciliation reports and schedule printing for the Technical Director. Inducting new starters, meet and greets, ordering equipment, log ins and PC set ups.

**Qualifications/Experience**

Experience of working in an administration/office-based role is essential. Experience of working in a similar role within the Construction Industry is preferred. Working knowledge of COINS is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.

Good interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation and administration skills, including good attention to detail. Ability to work on own as well as part of a team including Senior Management and Group functions. Ability to plan and manage your workload. Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to general professional correspondence unaided. Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems.
