We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic **Warehouse Operatives** to support our operation in **Garforth**, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, **Costa Coffee**. This is a chill environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones.

You will be working **12-hour shifts**, covering the hours of **06:00 to 18:00**, on “**any 4 from 8**” shift pattern. By working on this schedule, you will have the advantage of extended time off and a structured work-life balance.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
- Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
- Scanning totes and cages, data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
