Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Payroll and HR Admin to join us at our Head office in Northenden (M22).

**Duties**:

- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Payroll processing, including data entry and verifying timesheets/clocking data
- Assist with employee payroll queries
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and documenting findings
- Support Administration team with various administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, preparing reports, contract of employment, employee letters, HR matters.
- Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance

**Required qualifications**
- Previous knowledge and experience of at least 2 years in payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- First class written and verbal English communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Previous knowledge and experience in HR or similar role
- Proficient in Sage 50 Payroll and Microsoft office packages
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK

Daily shifts: Monday - Part time Friday 09:00 -13:00 // Full time 08:30-17:00.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
