The Neuk is a recovery focused mental health service. Our staff and volunteers are committed to helping our service users improve their health and wellbeing in a non clinical setting.

**OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB**
- To provide support and assistance to Service Users to promote independence and self responsibility.
- work as a key part of the Treatment & Recovery team, co-ordinating assessments, risk management and admission into the service
- To record relevant information when required.

**KEY TASKS**

**1.0 Provision of support**

1.1 Wellbeing Mentors will take a lead in delivering all one to one therapeutic and group work activity. They will also provide one to one support and key-working interventions using Wellness Recovery Action Plans

1.2 Building and developing service users’ personal strengths, social networks and recovery capital (social, physical, human and cultural)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
