As a **Team Member** **in** The Light Sittingbourne** you will play an essential part in our guests' journey, keeping the service smooth in all areas of the business and delivering our products with pride and passion.

It's our **Team Members** who create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where our guests can be surprised and delighted with every visit. They do this by consistently and sincerely demonstrating our values in everything they do, combined with their own personality and style.

**How we will keep you busy**:

- greet customers as they enter the cinema and assist with ticket purchases,
- provide information about current movies showtime, upcoming releases& special promotions,
- assist guests with finding their seats and ensuring pleasant viewing experience,
- operate concession stands, preparing& serving popcorn, beverages, and snacks,
- handle cash transactions, processing payments and issuing receipts,
- maintain cleanliness within the venue,
- monitor auditorium during screening to ensure compliance with H&S regulations,
- assist with crowd control during peak hours,
- take part in events,
- answer guests' questions about menu items and make recommendations,
- ensure guests needs are met,
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages,
- engage with customers to determine their preferences and make recommendation when needed,
- handle and pour drinks accurately and responsibly, adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol service,

**About You**:

- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential, Enthusiasm with an interest in hospitality, cinema, or leisure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with others easily.
- Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a busy high-volume, high-energy environment, able to manage multiple tasks and guests with ease,
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- A desire to progress.
- Organised, knowledgeable and a proud ambassador of the Light.
