- Demonstrable experience within a similar position
- Previous machine operating experience would be desirable however training will be provided
- Hold a full UK Driving licence
- Possess good computer skills
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Awareness of health and safety in the workplace
- Able to work well in a team
- A valid Forklift licence would be desirable

**Your duties as a Warehouse Operative/Driver will include**:

- Hand finishing and working on the bench
- General packing, export packing and dispatch after training
- Ensuring boxes are labelled correctly and the correct number of boxes are ready for dispatch
- Running mailing machines
- Shrink wrapping
- Box maker
- Operating the counting and stitching machines
- Online booking of parcels and pallets
- Liaising with courier companies arranging collections
- Assisting with mail sorting
- Driving company van
- Completing daily checks on vans
- Ensuring the vans always have sufficient fuel
- Keeping vans clean and keeping your work area tidy
- Checking all work against a work ticket, following department and company policies at all times
- Other comparable duties may be required by the finishing manager

**Salary**:
Up to £10.42 per hour

**Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 3.50pm

**Location**:
Eastbourne, East Sussex
