Websales Administrator

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors, are recruiting an enthusiastic websales administrator to offer a responsive and customer focussed service that goes beyond someone’s normal website experience. You will accurately administer website orders and transactions and liaise with customers regarding their order, right through to delivery or collection.
Hours: 40 hours per week (weekend on weekend off with a weekday off each week). Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.00. Sat & Sun 09.00 - 17.00
Reporting to: Websales team Supervisor
Main Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders generated by the Todd Doors website.
- Providing expert door advice to ensure that a customer has everything they will need to complete their project, for example door furniture or other necessary items.
- Liaising with customers to book deliveries and other queries.
- Advising colleagues on customer feedback and opportunities regarding the website.
- Professionally representing the company always.
**Requirements**:
- A persuasive and energetic personality with excellent administration skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and an ability to use various methods of communication which are appropriate to the customer’s needs.
- Confident in giving customer product information and advice, when necessary.
- Handling payments via the website with confidence and due diligence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Salary**: £28,080.00 per year
