**The Role**

As Cash Processor / Coin Processor you will be a key member of our team. You will have great customer service skills & be responsible for making up customer orders using various cash management systems to ensure accurate counting and allocation within our cash centre. You will count, record and reconcile customer deposits to their requirements, utilising our high-speed counting machines. Attention to detail and compliance is vital as you will be required to identify any discrepancies, reporting them to the Line Manager.

**About You**

You will need to have excellent customer service skills & attention to detail to work to a high degree of accuracy. Being honest and trustworthy and working as part of a team are essential skills as well as a good track record of working with cash and numbers. In this role you will be working to tight deadlines and strict procedures, so it’s crucial to be compliant at all times.

**We also have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet**:

- You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
- You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service and cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
