REED Accountancy & Finance are working with a leading employer in County Down and are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

**Specific duties will involve**:
Calculating Wages and Salaries
Checking the number of hours employees have worked
Calculating pay raises
Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
Ensuring that staff are paid on time and receive the correct payments
Completing and processing returns to HMRC, pension providers and other statutory bodies
Carry out month and year end processes essential for statutory and other returns
Prepare budgetary information from the payroll as required by the Company Accountant and provide support to the Company Accountant during the annual budgeting process

**About you**:
All applicants must be proficient working with computerised payroll systems, ideally Sage Payroll or similar software, and have a proficiency working with MS Excel
Suitable applicants must also have strong experience working in in-house payroll administration/processing for a minimum of 2 years, working on payrolls for approximately 100-200 employees. Experience gained within payroll bureaux is also applicable.
