**The role & the skillset required**:
The main purpose of the role is to **conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress let’s through to exchange and completion.**
- Identifying and **maximizing business **opportunities
- Carrying out **Lettings **and Listings
- Booking **property viewings** and registering applicants
- Delivering **exceptional customer service** over the phone and face-to-face
- Working towards and **achieving personal and branch targets**:

- Giving **directives to the lettings team** to lead them to branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing on **tenancies**:

- **Representing the company** in a professional manner
- Building **strong relationships** with local property owners
- Previous **lettings experience would be desirable but not a must**:

- You will be a **strong communicator **with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You will have **solid IT skills**:

- **Negotiation skills **are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
- You will be **target-driven and ambitious.**:

- Excellent **organisation skills** and punctuality are paramount.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,795.20-£26,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (required)
- retail or admin: 2 years (required)
