**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in construction, maintenance, and repair projects
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and specifications to complete assigned tasks
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled labor role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
