**Job summary**:
The RAF Lossiemouth Single Living Accommodation (SLA) Team are recruiting for a SLA Booking / Allocation Administration Officer to join the team in providing support and services to the SLA provision. The role will be part of a fully integrated hub for all SLA requirements and is an exciting opportunity to join the team during its growth. The SLA Team are to be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of SLA support, and it is vital this is carried out to the highest standard. As part of the team, your role is pivotal in the RAF Lossiemouth Development Plan (LDP) as the uplift in personnel supports the Station growth. As part of a busy and friendly team, your role will be key in providing a fully supportive and forward thinking service to Service Personnel who live in. Your role is directly in support of the Station priorities, ensuring the welfare of personnel is paramount. Joining this dedicated team is a chance to expand and further develop your experience in a thriving and supportive workplace environment. You will be the front of house service to personnel assigned to and transiting through RAF Lossiemouth and will be encouraged to take a proactive role in the future development of the team.

The post is advertised at 37 hours per week, with the ability to work flexible hours. Please note part time applicants can only be considered if full time cover is achieved via a job share.

**Job description**:
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Act as RAF Lossiemouth focal point for booking / allocation of all Officers Mess (OM) and Warrant Officer/SNCO Mess (WOSM) permanent and transit accommodation requirements.

Be fully conversant with JSP 464 Tri-Service Accommodation Regulations and remaining current with subsequent Defence Information Notices (DIN) and Community Support Notifications (CSN).

Assess and determine the existing bedspace vacancies in conjunction with the future accommodation plot, planning and allocating in accordance with the JSP464 prioritisation list.

Administration of the more than 300 bedspaces, always ensuring maximum availability.

Work in close conjunction with OM and WOSM reception staff to confirm all Soft and Hard Facility Management tasks are completed prior to allocation. Ensure that any Defence Accommodation Store deficiencies are addressed promptly prior to future allocations.

Update Single Living Accommodation Management Information System (SLAMIS) database with any relevant SFM/HFM specific information.Liaise with OM and WOSM reception staff to ensure that Move In/Outs are carried out in a timely manner.

Record, update and maintain SLAMIS database for all OM and WOSM bedspaces. Ensure SLAMIS is maintained to a high standard to provide accurate information and data capture regarding occupancy.

Creation of OM and WOSM Non-Availability Requests on SLAMIS where no accommodation is available for duty personnel in line with eligibility and entitlement parameters. Submission to SLA Accommodation Manager for review.

**Person specification**:
You will be capable of engaging and interacting with personnel of all ranks across the military and civilian workforce. Good organisational skills are necessary, as is the ability to prioritise work in a fast pace environment.

An individual who has a proactive approach within the workplace, and who is keen to progress with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

It is desirable that the applicant have a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
