Sales Advisor

**Job Description**:
We are now recruiting at the newly redeveloped Plas Isaf Lodge Retreat in Caerwys, North Wales

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team Fantastic competitive salary plus commission

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. The hours will be across 3 days which will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will also be the requirement to work bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:
The successful Sales Advisor will
Meet and greet potential customers on resort.
Conduct resort and holiday home tours.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor After Sales queries from current holiday home owners.
Establish an effective working relationship with the sales team and owners.
Arrange appointments, handle telephone calls, answer online queries.
Monitor and ensure the development of part exchange opportunities.
