**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?**

**Title**:Mortgage Adviser (Advice Based Only - No Sales)

**Location**:Haysto Norwich HQ - Crystal House

**Reporting To**:Mortgage Manager
- You’ll be CeMAP qualified
- Have 1+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Have Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Excellent communication abilities with a passion for delighting customers
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to deliver amazing customer experience
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members (i.e. our Pre Application, Case Management and Underwriting teams)
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement
- Experience with complex mortgages cases and specialist lenders is an advantage but not required

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- You’ll be supported by our dedicated sales team who pre-qualify all customers (engagement paperwork signed) before being assigned to our Mortgage Expert Advice team
- You’ll also be supported by our Pre Application, Case Management and internal Underwriting Teams to ensure you can focus on delivering the best possible advice and results for our customers
- Take part in regular training - one to one and group training with your Direct Line Manager and our dedicated Training & Development Team
- Act as a critical feedback loop to our Operations and Technology teams as we continuously enhance our platform, customer journey and service model
- Haysto’s core values should be at the forefront of everything you do - to ensure we deliver judgement free service to those who need it the most

**Compensation**:
**Base salary**:£26,000-£30,000

**OTE**:£85,000
