We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. You will enjoy working as part of a team to deliver a fabulous customer experience. To be successful in this post you will be well organised, methodical and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. A friendly and personable demeanour with a strong personal work ethic are critical to be suitable for this role. You will be encouraged to expand on your current optical knowledge, attend training and develop skill sets and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:
Achieving performance targets including sales targets

Pre testing clients

Giving advice to clients regarding lens/frame options

Dispensing spectacles

Adjusting/repairing spectacles

Purchase ordering and returns

Maintaining accurate client records

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
