**Job Description - Weekend Receptionist**

**Hours**: Saturday & Sunday 08.30 - 16.45 (16 hours)

**This is a six month contract with a view to make permanent.**

**Pay**: £10.50 per hour

**Purpose of Job**: To support the day to day activities within the Centre, including greeting service users and undertaking office duties. To support the management team and supervisors with Case Administration.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for undertaking duties including greeting parents and children on arrival and escorting the child/children to the allocated contact room at the start and end of sessions.
- Maintain and update records relating to correspondence and/or interactions with families.
- Support team members where appropriate such as a comfort break or changing appointments.

**Experience**

Experience in reception/administration is essential. The Centre can be extremely busy over the weekends and will require someone who is able to communicate with multiple team members and work in fast paced environment. Applicants will need a keen eye for detail both in writing and when observing interactions.

**Qualifications**

You must have the following qualifications/training:

- Business Administration NVQ Level 3 or equivalent/similar (desirable) Experience will be considered in the absence of this qualification.
- A-C/4-9 English GSCE or equivalent.

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
