Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate patient care within the clinical setting
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and conditions

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent patient care skills, including the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions in emergency situations
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to the clinical setting
