We are proud to be working with a highly respected motor group based on the South Coast, who are looking for an Aftersales Progressor for their Portsmouth site.

**Objectives**:

- Prioritize vehicle availability to enhance workshop productivity.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and care for customer vehicles.
- Contribute to achieving industry-leading process efficiency.
- Relay customer comments to the Service team/Manager.
- Ensure adherence to company policy handbook and safety guidelines.

**Measures**:

- VQM/Retailer audit against standards.
- Customer satisfaction (CEM).
- Departmental costs.
- Departmental complaints log.
- Timeliness of vehicle collection and delivery.
