As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Assisting skilled tradespeople and contractors on various construction sites.
- Carrying out general manual labour tasks, such as lifting, moving, and organising construction materials.
- Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation of building sites, including excavation and foundation works.
- Contributing to the completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Being adaptable to changing project demands and requirements.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Previous experience in a similar labouring role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, demonstrating punctuality and dedication.
- Basic understanding of construction practices and the ability to follow instructions.
- Health and safety awareness, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
