We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our fantastic team as a catering ward Host/Hostess. Working 5 shifts over 7 days, Shift times 7am - 2.30pm and 12.30 - 8pm you must be fully flexible as our rota includes some weekends

You will be a vital part of ensuring we provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and looking after our patients through excellent food service delivery.

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile, always putting the customer first
- Provide menus, support customers with food choices, and place orders
- Deliver guests meals to their rooms, from beverages through to meals and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering stations
- Communicate with hospital staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Provide assistance to customers to ensure they have an excellent guest experience

- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team and also on your own
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, and maintain a professional approach
- Able to communicate with various different people working in different roles

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
