**Restaurant Supervisor**

**Job Duties**:
We are looking for a Restaurant Front of House Supervisor to complement our existing team. You will have a big personality yet can ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will be someone who is fun, professional & experienced. Hours are Friday & Saturday from 4pm & Sunday 11.30am to 8pm however additional hours may be available on Wednesday & Thursday evenings if desired.

You will have a proven track record & be familiar with restaurant operations and have a strong understanding of what makes a great customer experience.

In addition to host and waiter duties, supervisor responsibilities include overseeing bar & restaurant staff performance, cash handling, training, and key holder duties. You should also be available to work within our opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, you will help minimise operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver an amazing dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership**: Lead, inspire, and energise our restaurant crew to deliver top-notch service.

2. **Training Sessions**: Get new team members in tune with our groove by training them on our signature moves and service standards. Let's make sure everyone's rocking it

3. **Guest Monitoring**: Keep an ear to the ground and ensure our guests are having a great time. Handle any hiccups with style and grace..

4. **Quality Control**: Make sure every dish and drink hits the right notes of flavour and presentation. Our standards are high

5. **Problem-Solving**: When things hit a snag, you're able to step up and finds solutions to keep the show rolling.

6. **Team Sessions**: Foster a culture of collaboration and camaraderie among our crew. Every member brings something special to the mix.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience at restaurant supervisor level within a bar & restaurant or in a hotel restaurant (not cafe, fast food or canteen)
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable / ResDiary
- Good computer, social media, maths and excel reporting skills
- Great customer service attitude
- Excellent drinks knowledge in addition to cocktail making & creation.
- Communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

**Other Information**:

- Salary commensurate with experience plus approx £4000 per year in tips in a full time role.
