Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Take food orders and serve food to guests.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Strong basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating change
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hour
