*JOB PURPOSE*

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or FCilex within our Legal Operations Team within a shared Services Function. The role will primarily be focused on either handling claims made on behalf of the various consumer brands as well as defending claims made against them and will be within one of the Key Areas shown below.

You will be responsible for running your own portfolio of matters using a case management system and have access to some of the latest technology to help you in day to day activities.

All specialist roles will be supported by a Team Manager and Senior Manager to ensure you continue to grow and progress in your legal career.

- Network Damage Claims
- Commercial Debt Recovery
- Real Estate
- Wayleave
- Consumer Dispute
- Consumer Litigation
- Utility/Property Damage
- Uninsured Loss Recovery
- Personal Injury

*KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES*
- Analyse new claim instructions data to determine recovery prospects or to signpost investigations
- Work with legal team to progress claims
- Help and support paralegals and legal apprentices within the department
- Stakeholder management
- Be aware of current case law and legislation
- Support research projects undertaking legal research using specialised data sources
- Design and test various automation solutions with C&I business partners
