**Salary**: £40,000

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handle personnel actions including performance reviews, salary recommendations and co-ordination of training and development, proactively managing employee performance and promoting ongoing development
- Pro-actively plan, organise and monitor work and trends to meet timetables / SLA requirements, ensuring resource planning is undertaken and continuity of service plans are adequate
- Act as escalation point for all operational HR management issues
- Deputise for the Service Delivery Manager when required
- Pro-actively review systems/policies and procedures
- Lead on the monthly reporting requirements for both internal and external customers
- Work with the Service Delivery Manager to investigate and resolve Service Incidents, ensuring improvements to the service are implemented
- Ensure compliance with all internal functional and business policies, standards and controls, and any relevant legislation, e.g. GDPR
- The role holder has full management responsibility for 4 direct reports and may also be required to drive if necessary

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Leadership skills and experience with the ability to motivate a team in a challenging operational environment
- Highly competent in problem solving, analysing complex information to draw conclusions and implement
- Strong IT skills with the ability to collect and analyse data
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Clean Driving Licence with experience in providing a similar service and working with senior level stakeholders ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends will be required

**The Team**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation where you will be responsible for a team of 4 and will communicate with Board Directors and/or Senior Executives of the company. You will ensure the day to day management and performance/delivery for the team to provide chauffeur services to employees, typically at very senior levels in the organisation, meeting all journey requirements and providing exceptional customer service to passengers monitoring your team’s performance.
