**Key role responsibilities**:

- Manage our end-to-end recruitment process with visibility of all live vacancies across the Globe, supporting hiring managers with the recruitment processes
- Writing and posting job adverts on relevant channels and social media
- Headhunting experienced UK talent with a view to relocation to one of our 80+ offices around the world
- Continuing to develop our employer brand proposition and acting as an ambassador for NESF
- Working closely with marketing to develop and drive strategic recruitment attraction campaigns across various social media channels
- Working closely with the relevant Talent Acquisition Manager to help build NESFs growing organisation

**To be considered you need**:

- 5 years + experience working in a relevant area such as recruitment / agency staffing / staffing industry operations / HR / R2R
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- The ability to work independently, manage and prioritise your own time appropriately, multi task effectively, and perform well under pressure to achieve results
- Must have previous experience within the engineering market (ideally working for them or recruiting within the industries)
- Previous experience in energy (power, oil, gas, green energy energy transition or renewables), chemicals, life sciences, mining or construction preferred
