**Nursery Assistants**:National Minimum Wage

**Apprentices 1st Year**:National Minimum Wage

**Level 1 - 2 Qualified**:National Minimum Wage

**Level 3 Qualified**:All Ages - £10.50 Per Hour

**Level 4 - 7 / QT Status Practitioner**:Plus £0.30p Per Hour

**Practitioner with a Designated Role**:Plus £0.30p Per Hour

**Senior / Room Leader**:Plus £0.30p Per Hour

**Length Of Service Over 10 Years**:Plus £0.30p Per Hour & Plus 2 Additional Paid Holidays

**Length Of Service Over 20 Years**:Plus 2 Additional Paid Holidays

You will need to have or be working towards one of the following qualifications or hold the relevant experience in order to be successfully considered for this role:

- Level 3 Qualification In Childcare / Or equivalent experience
- A relevant and recognized childcare qualification
- Experience within an Early Years setting
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent interactions with children
