The Bull Hotel is an attractive 18th Century pub with accommodation located in the picturesque village of Downton, just 6 miles south of Salisbury. The Bull Hotel is gorgeous and is steeped in over 400 years of history. It benefits from 3 letting rooms,2 of which are en-suite, a large carpark, and a huge garden with both covered and un-covered seating.
The pub itself has a dining area, bar area and a games room so can be used it a multitude of ways and lends itself to all sorts of events. It also has a carvery deck and large catering kitchen.
The village itself is a thriving community, well known for its fishing and as a centre for exploring the nearby River Avon and New Forest National Park. As well as the annual ‘Cuckoo Fair’- which attracts around 20,000 visitors to the area.
