General site labourers required for local builder needed to help clear out yard in Minster Lovell and general labouring duties..

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep site tidy at all times
- Assist site foreman
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
- Assist trades as and when required
- Load out materials

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction
