Meat Operative

The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently looking for a Meat Mixer to work for one of our clients in the Aldridge area.

**Mixers Responsibilities**
- To accurately measure/weigh all ingredients in accordance with each recipe.
- Monitor times of vacuum tumbling.
- Transfer marinated product to designated bins and effect proper transporting to packing area.
- To ensure accurate completion of HACCP monitoring documents and to report any incident.

**Working Hours**

0630am till 1530pm Monday to Friday

£10p/h
