**Bookkeeper - Accountancy Practice**

**Location**: Bradford (BD1) Parking on site

**Salary**:£27,000- £30,000 per annum

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (There is flexibility on start and finish times)

An Accountancy practice with over 100 years' experience in the industry with a mission to continually train and inspire all their team members to be experts within their field. You would join a friendly, bubbly team where progression and development areoffered.

**Your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Working within an Accounting practice across multiple client's accounts
- Preparing VAT Returns including Bank Reconciliations
- Processing and maintaining purchase ledger, sales ledger, and nominal ledger
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Processing payments and invoices
- Managing employee expense claims
- Answering telephone queries
- Previous experience working within a Finance position
- Have working knowledge of Sage, Xero, or Quick books
- Have exceptional communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- IT literate including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
