They key responsibilities will be:

- **Teaching**: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of construction trades, including Carpentry & Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, and Tiling.
- **Research & Consultancy**: Engage in significant research and consultancy activities to enhance the academic and practical learning experience.
- **Course Verification & Leadership**: Oversee course verification processes, coordinate course teams, and provide leadership to ensure high standards of education.
- **Impactful Role**: Play a crucial role in shaping the future of the construction industry by mentoring and educating the next generation of skilled professionals.
