An experienced Mechanical Plumber is needed to join the team at this leading water-tech company to cover the Greater London area. This is a field based job covering the areas assigned.

This role is paying €60,000 / £52,800 per year.

As their UK Mechanical plumber, you will be assisting with all the company’s installations around the London area. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the mechanical plumbing industry.

Own transport and tools are essential for this role.

There are great opportunities for career progression. Expenses for materials and fuel will be covered by the company.

They are a water Tech company that provides real-time intelligent water monitoring. They are a disruptive technology provider who are scaling fast across the UK.

Their mission is to empower their customers to easily manage and reduce their water usage and costs in a sustainable way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be hands-on for installing company devices.
- Train, oversee and schedule all installations across the UK with third-party contractors
- Become their point of contact for any customer relation issues
- Use their management software to update status of all works completed
- Report any additional / supplementary works to the management team
- Maintain a high standard of customer service (communication is paramount)
- Install company devices within the London area
- While not installing, you will be tasked with scheduling installs for mechanical partners around the UK

**Required Skills**:

- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Must have mechanical and electrical background
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Ability to resolve issues and think on your feet
- Report to the Head of Operations on a weekly basis
- Be a component on a laptop and mobile phone
- Follow processes and procedures
- Have experience reporting and documenting jobs to a high quality

**Required Experience**:

- Hold a full UK driving license
- Competent with all installation, maintenance & repairs
- Strong customer skills
- Own Transport and tools
- Ability to commute Desired
- Experience managing own workload
- Ability to work confidently in high end properties
- Experience in Plumbing maintenance
