**Job Summary**

We are looking to recruit an experienced uPVC windows and doors surveyor covering Nottinghamshire and neighbouring areas.

Applicant must have experience of surveying uPVC windows and doors such as casement windows, sash windows, bay windows, bi-fold doors, patio doors, french doors and composite doors.

**Purpose of job**:
To carry out accurate measurements of windows and doors on residential and commercial properties throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

**Job Type / Category**

**Principle Duties**:

- To measure windows, doors and taking into account customer specifications
- To produce accurate technical drawings and survey reports based on the measurements and taking into account building regulations
- To identify specific site issues and record them on the survey making sure the Installation Director is aware
- To attend site meetings when required to ensure customer queries or concerns are managed
- Comply with each contract requirement and procedure relating to survey work
- To ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely fashion
- Attend relevant meetings when required
- Liaising with relevant departments
- To provide a good level of customer service at all times to colleagues, clients and suppliers
- To create materials list, job requirements and fitting schedule in line with the customer requirements
- Complete all jobs to a high standard
- Maintain all KLG Rutland equipment to a high standard and report any faults or concerns immediately
- Provide guidance and support to all team members

**Additional**:

- To adhere to KLG Rutland Health and Safety Policies and procedures always.
- To undertake other duties for which you are trained and capable of doing as and when required

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

**Experience**:

- Surveying 5 years minimum
- Plus 5 years industry experience in addition to surveying
