- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords for our products and categories.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement link building strategies to increase the authority of our website.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and web development to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our website.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
- Track and analyze website analytics reports
- Manage SEO projects from conception to completion
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and on-page optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Experience optimizing ecommerce websites and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and website performance optimization
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
