**MS336 - Shift Change Engineer**
**Location: **Scunthorpe
**Salary: **£38,000 - £44,000 per annum
**Overview: **First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Shift Change Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day objectives for the site to include operational output, logistics, long term operational and maintenance needs, statutory compliance, resource planning and cost control measures.
- Identify and achieve key indicators of success, establishing improvement plans and targets for the shift team.
- Manage and be fully accountable for the core requirements of the SHE Management system.
- Ensure shift teams are competent both technically and behaviourally and that adequate support is available, organised and supervised where necessary.
- Provide strong management giving precise delegation and responsibility where needed.
- Motivate and enthuse all members of the shift team to contribute to a purposeful environment.
- Ensure full implementation and continued improvement of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ideally you will have a ‘time served’ apprenticeship, a management qualification equivalent to level 3 or above.
- IOSH Managing Safely or above.
- With a minimum of 5 years power generation/utility experience.
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and IT skills.
