**Job description**

**Based on the outskirts of the Ouseburn, Tyne Bank Brewery brews a range of cask and keg beer as well as being an active event space.**

**The main focus of this role will be brewery / beer sales.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in the 'on' and 'off' trade
- Outbound calls to develop new client relationship and grow client base
- Take calls from potential customers, guiding them through our products and helping them find the right level package
- Deliver amazing customer service, making sure each caller has a great experience whether it’s the first or last call of the day
- Always maintain high professional standards and abide by all regulatory requirements
- Promote and sell Tyne Bank Brewery's range of cask and keg beers
- Generate and close new business opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience in a target driven, customer focused role
- Understanding of craft beer industry
- Excellent customer service skills / strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great listening and communication skills with the ability to respond with empathy
- The ability to think on your feet and bounce back if you don’t get a sale
- A passion for hitting targets and earning commission
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends

The role is between 30 - 40hrs a week and starting pay is £22,000, which is negotiable depending on experience with commission for targets met.
