**Company Description**
We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets**.** These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

The Role

The Marketing Assistant role works across Vitafoods, a leading brand in the event space, including the flagship event Vitafoods Europe as well as supporting Vitafoods Asia and India.

Project management skills: As a marketing assistant, you will need to meet deadlines for multiple projects and support across all marketing campaigns. You will need to understand data, analyse audience, and deliver reports on performance and outcomes.

Job Summary/Responsibilities
- Work with members of the marketing team to identify, and deliver innovative effective multi-channel - integrated marketing campaigns that deliver event/customer objectives.
- Support the visitor promotion team with general admin duties related to event marketing.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver strong marketing campaigns and partnerships with media and event partners to acquire quality audience, increase brand awareness and deliver quality content for our audience. This will include liaising with designers on resizing and sending out collateral.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Exec to deliver contra agreements with related Informa events.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Exec in the development of performance reports for the senior management team.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to maintain and update event websites.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Providing timely communication between relevant departments including sales, operations, and content team.
- Collaborate with internal Informa teams, agencies, and other vendor partners.

**Qualifications**
Skills required
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Photoshop, Canva or similar desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Understanding of how to analyse campaign effectiveness, recreate successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written & effective verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify messages and processes.
- Advanced listening, questioning.
