**Sales Co-Ordinator**

This is a new opening for a Sales Co-Ordinator within a successful local business that has been established for many years, the role requires an excellent communicator who can liaise effectively with people at all levels.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Allocating stock required to meet client needs and forwarding orders to the Warehouse for despatch
- Preparing required paperwork to accompany orders including packaging notes and instructions
- Tracking orders that have been processed from instigation state through to successful delivery
- Raising client invoices on the accounts system and recording details of payments received from clients
- Managing any order queries that occur and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved
