Revenue Supervisor

**Primary Job Purpose**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic Revenue Supervisor to join our team.
To assist in the delivery of exceptional revenue management disciplines, across LQ Resorts to achieve budgeted revenue targets across all business segments in which we operate.
To assist with the implementation and management of a highly efficient, well-trained, well-informed, and motivated team to deliver outstanding results, time after time.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Assist with delivery of LQ revenue policy and procedures - effective management of the team.
- Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to LQ Resorts procedures
- Handling of correspondences
- Assist with allocation of daily tasks to Reservations team
- Daily review of reservations booked and arrivals report.
- Responsible for training staff and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Group Revenue Manager in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation's Analysis.
- Identify Top Producing Accounts ensure proper recognition by Reservation staff.
- Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents are equally knowledgeable.
- Daily monitoring of staff telephone manner and general performance of reservations.
- Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guest.
- Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
- Supervising of Group Reservations.
- Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.
- Bring to the attention of the Group Revenue Manager when the hotel availability status should be changed and prepare for necessary action.
- Responsible for work schedule and maintaining a neat and orderly position at all times.
- Complete the duty manager shifts and sleep in’s when requested
- Attend meeting in absence of the Group Revenue Manager.
- In general, perform any other duties might requested by the Group Revenue Manager
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and 3-month strategies and targets for the team.
- Monitoring team members’ efficiency, call standards, and KPI’S.
- Operational cover to ensure adequate staffing for the volume of calls 8 am-9 pm
- Communication meetings and across Resorts - weekly revenue meeting.
- Training, and development plan for the team to include induction and succession planning.

- Ability to read, create and present revenue reports

**Salary**: £24,273.60 per year
