You will be responsible for working as a Deputy Head Housekeeper in the absence of the Head Housekeeper and as a Housekeeping Assistant when the Head Housekeeper is on shift.

On the shifts that you are Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

- Allocating duties to the housekeeping team.
- Checking the standards of the rooms the Housekeeping Assistants have cleaned.
- Ordering stock and linen.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Ensuring housekeeping standards are upheld to a high standard.
- Liaise with other departments to check availability of rooms or to make sure guests’ requests are met quickly.
- Assisting in the resolution of guest complaints when housekeeping standards have not been met.

On the shifts that you are Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- General Housekeeping duties such as cleaning bedrooms and public areas.
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Provide customer service to our residents, and ensure that all residents are always acknowledged and greeted whenever they are met.
- To be vigilant and whilst carrying out duties, continuously check for any damage, faults or defects, and if found, follow the reporting procedures to the management team.
