To nurture, encourage, celebrate and support the development of a child/children 1:1
- To act as a keyworker to specific child(ren) who need one to one support, and encourage parental involvement through developing effective working relationships.
- To set up, research and implement fun learning opportunities to enhance their learning.
- To be responsible for observations, record keeping and further planning relating to the progress and development of key child(ren).
- To work with the Manager, SENCO and staff team to promote a welcoming, nurturing, inclusive and learning environment for all children to thrive in.
- To work with outside professionals as appropriate
- To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring our Pre-School’s policies and procedures are always observed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Princes Risborough, HP27 9AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 2 years (preferred)
