Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Preparation: Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals for retrofit projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and industry standards.
- Content Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and develop compelling bid content, including technical specifications, project methodologies, pricing structures, and compliance documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and edits of bid documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with tender requirements and company standards.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and best practices for enhancing bid strategies and positioning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with the managing director and other team members to gather input and insights for bid development, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Deadline Management: Manage bid schedules and deadlines effectively, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet submission deadlines and maximize win
rates.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in bid management and document development processes, contributing to the ongoing refinement of bid strategies and best practices.
